Menus and wine list selections are subject to availability and seasonal variation. Parsons Creative Food Ltd reserves the right to substitute any item for another of equal quality.
Prices in the sample menus and wine list are all quoted excluding VAT and are subject to seasonal change.
A charge may be incurred for any event cancelled without 48 hours prior notice.
Whilst Parsons Creative Food Ltd maintains statutory insurance cover it accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or breakage caused by any of its staff.
The client is responsible for any loss or damage of hired equipment from the time of delivery until it is collected. Losses will be charged at full replacement cost.
All accounts are due for payment within the agreed terms. Parsons Creative Food Ltd reserve the right to charge interest at 8% above the Barclays Bank Plc base rate on any overdue accounts.
The client agrees to accept the terms and conditions imposed by any sub-contractor or venue booked on the clients behalf by Parsons Creative Food Ltd.
A deposit will be required payable upon confirmation of the booking. The deposit amount will be between 50% and 75% of the total estimated cost of the function, to be set at the discretion of Parsons Creative Food Ltd.
Final number of guests should be confirmed three days before the event.
Taxi fares for staff will be charged for any event that ends after 11.30pm or after the last means of scheduled public transport. For functions outside Central London staff travelling time will be charged at half the hourly rate both to and from the function.
